Metro Dining Refund Policy

Dining plans are designed to provide convenient access to meals and services throughout the academic term. Please review the following guidelines regarding refunds.



Dining Plan Purchases

Dining plans are typically non-refundable after the start of the term. Once a plan has been activated or used, refunds are generally not issued.


Changes and Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel a dining plan may be considered within a limited timeframe at the beginning of the term, in accordance with institutional policies. After this period, changes may no longer be permitted.


Withdrawals and Special Circumstances

In cases such as withdrawal from the institution or other qualifying circumstances, partial refunds may be issued based on the timing of the request and applicable policies.


Unused Balances

Unused meals or declining balance funds may expire at the end of the term and are not guaranteed to roll over or be refunded unless otherwise stated.


Processing

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to standard institutional procedures and timelines.
