Since its founding in 2011, Metro University Dining has been an integral part of campus life, serving as a gathering place for students, faculty, and staff to refuel, relax, and recharge. Our dining program has grown from a single cafeteria to a network of dining halls across campus, offering diverse, nutritious meals to fuel the academic experience.
At Metro University Dining, we believe that food plays a crucial role in student success. Head Chef
A culinary visionary with over 20 years of experience, John leads the Metro University dining team. He focuses on fresh ingredients and creating exciting menus that appeal to the university’s diverse population.

Catering Manager
Sarah is known for her creativity and dedication to developing flavorful, balanced meals. She is passionate about using local ingredients and promoting sustainability in the kitchen.

David Patel
Pastry Chef
